Prior to starting his family office, Shane was the President and Chief Operating Officer of two different multi-brand consumer products conglomerates. Shane specializes in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, retail, multi-generational companies, infrastructure creation, and brand revitalization of consumer goods and services companies. 

Shane obtained his MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in Manchester, England, worked towards his Doctor of Business Administration at Fox School of Business, Temple University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
